  Bad, just plain bad. Charged a "service" fee of $80 to walk through the door that you don't get back, then, for another $140 labor, spent less than 10 minutes changing a part that a 12-year old could have done, then another $100 for the cost of the part. Oh, and by the way, the cost of the part was inflated by double what it sells for if you purchased it direct yourself. Both the guy in the office and the visiting technician both had a bit of an attitude when questioned about the costs. I gave them one star because you're forced to chose stars, and no lower option available. Overpriced, disrespectful. Avoid.
