  I am a loyal State Farm Customer. I simply wanted to make a payment, the manager and owner of this office would not accept a payment, since my home State Farm office was 15 miles away. Than I asked if they could call the 800 number for State Farm to verify some information, again they refused. The customer service I received was horrible...not even willing to connect me to the 800 main office. I would NEVER use this privately owned State Farm to carry of my insurance. I called and complained to the main headquarters about this office. I need to follow up with a letter....The customer service was not good, I had a horrible experience on the most simple request, calling your home State Farm office and the number was toll free and you refused !!!! I would NEVER step foot in this State Farm...NEVER

  From the very beginning I experienced a warm welcoming from the agency. They answer all my questions and concerns which left me at ease. They are very helpful and they treat you like family which is very appealing to me. Keep up the good work.
